Neo Clouds is an open GPU marketplace. This policy describes what we collect when you use the site and API.
What we collect
- Account info: name and email when you register for an API key. The key can be emailed back to that address when outbound mail is configured.
- Inbound notes: contact and provider-waitlist messages are stored for the operator inbox and, when configured, emailed to the operator.
- Provider pilot waitlist: name, email, optional company, and hardware inventory you submit on the provider pilot form.
- Contact form: name, email, intent, and message when you write via Contact.
- Usage data: reservations you create. We do not process payments.
- Technical logs: IP address, request timestamps, and errors for security and uptime.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not run third-party ad trackers on the marketplace UI.
Retention
API keys and usage records are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting the operator.
