Service
Neo Clouds is a GPU and TPU marketplace. A reservation is access to a provider machine that is online. It is not a purchase of compute.
Providers
- You are responsible for accurate hardware descriptions and pricing.
- You must comply with export, safety, and data-protection laws in your region.
Customers
- You are responsible for workloads you run on reserved GPUs.
- Do not use the platform for illegal content, credential theft, or crypto mining without provider consent.
Simulated features
Simulated listings are examples. Reserving one does not open a machine. A live reservation shows the SSH details the provider agent submits. Prices are listed rates only. Active reservations end when their window ends. A live reserve that the agent does not acknowledge is cancelled.
Payments
Neo Clouds does not collect payment methods and does not charge for reservations in this release. There is no Stripe or checkout. A reservation is not a bill.
Limitation of liability
The marketplace is provided without warranty. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or provider disputes beyond applicable law.
