Neo Clouds is an open platform to aggregate unused and underutilized hardware from many providers into one catalog — discoverable by hardware, workload, and price — with APIs builders can use.

Stage
Providers connect a machine from the provider console and neo-agent (heartbeat, attest, provision). Customers reserve that machine. The marketplace also shows simulated example machines and model previews so the catalog is visible before a live agent is online. Those examples do not open a machine. Payments are still disabled.
